Important move-in information:
Stalls & shavings pre-orders are due Monday, September 22, at 5:00 p.m.
After the Monday deadline, we cannot guarantee that you will be stalled with your requested groups.
The Texas Tech Equestrian Center DOES NOT have on-site staff 24/7. If you plan on getting stalls upon arrival, be sure you arrive by 4:00 p.m. Otherwise, we HIGHLY suggest pre-ordering your stalls & shavings. Shavings will be delivered each day until 5:30 p.m.
Stalls will be unlocked when you arrive and labeled with the stalling agent name. Any pre-ordered shavings will be in your stalls.
RV Space Information:
RV spaces are to be purchased online using the form linked above.
Spaces will be first-come, first-served upon arrival.
RV spots are electric only. Please come with your tanks pre-filled with water.
Stall/Facility Maps:
Stalls for the Boom Circuit will be located in the Peanut Arena area. The stall chart is posted below (revised 9/24). If you ordered stalls after 9/22, your name will not appear on the posted stall chart, but will be on the Stall Assignment chart at the facility when you move in.

About the Facility
The Texas Tech Equestrian Center is located in an extremely safe part of Lubbock, Texas. The ground is great and there is tons of room to practice both at the main arena and in the outdoor pens.
